Where is your heart?

 

 

"...incline your ear to wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding; "Pr 2:2

When wisdom enters your heart, and knowledge is pleasant to your soul,
Discretion will preserve you; understanding will keep you,
To deliver you from the way of evil, from the man who speaks perverse things,
From those who leave the paths of uprightness to walk in the ways of darkness;
Who rejoice in doing evil, and delight in the perversity of the wicked." Pr 2:10-14

"My son, do not forget my law, but let your heart keep my commands." Pr 3:1..

"Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck,
Write them on the tablet of your heart, and so find favor and high esteem
In the sight of God and man."Pr 3:2-4

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." Pr 3:5-6

Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil." Pr 3:6

"...do not depart from the words of my mouth.... Lest aliens be filled with your wealth,

These six things the Lord hates...  A proud look,
A lying tongue... A heart that devises wicked plans..."Pr 6:16-18

"Keep my commands and live... Write them on the tablet of your heart." Pr 7:2

16 Surely you have things turned around!
Shall the potter be esteemed as the clay;
For shall the ything made say of him who made it,
“He did not make me”?
Or shall the thing formed say of him who formed it,
“He has no understanding”?

God’s Warning Rejected
12 And they said, h“That is hopeless! So we will walk according to our own plans, and we will every one 4obey the idictates 5of his evil heart.”
