1990. In The Keys of This Blood:The Struggle for World Dominion, Malachi Martin described the transnationalists' goal that "ideally the same textbooks should be used all over the world in both the hard sciences and the soft curricula. And sure enough, a concrete initiative in this direction has been under way for some years now, undertaken by Informatik, a Moscow-based educational organization, and the Carnegie Endowment Fund...."  Martin then explains the new values they will promote:

 

'Good' will no longer be burdened with a moral or religious coloring. 'Good' will simply be synonymous with 'global.' Else, what's an education for? ... The emphasis is on homogeneity of minds, on the creation and nourishing of a truly global mentality.... We must all become little Transnationalists.[37]

To see what George Shultz did to undermine our American education system, rewrite history, change values, and prepare America to accept a new role in the "international community," ponder the following quotes from The Keys of This Blood by Malachi Martin:

"Within scant months of Gorbachev's election in March of 1985 to the post of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the CPSU, he and President Reagan met at their first summit in Geneva. . . November 19-20,1985.... [They signed] the General Agreement on Contacts, Exchanges and Scientific Technical Education and Other Fields... It authorized mutual exchange programs, the homogenization of curricula, the sharing of facilities and the mutual indoctrination of the two peoples involved. . . .

"Cooperation would cover all computer-based instruction, instructional hardware and curriculum design for all grades of primary and secondary education, as well as college and university studies. The obvious goal was a total homogenization not only of the methods of teaching and learning, but what was to be taught. . . .

"Cooperation, for instance, in the 'social sciences' turned a blind eye to the official prostitution of psychiatry and psychology by the Soviet Union as clinical tools for inflicting mental and physical torture as political punishment and for disposing of dissidents. The USSR had been banned from the World Psychiatric Association in 1983 for such practices. ...

"Or take cooperation in the humanities. As taught in the Soviet Union, all humanities are marinated in Leninist Marxism as a matter of course. And history is distorted by a thoroughgoing Marxisation of ideas, by the systematic suppression of facts, and by downright lies. One might wonder what common curricula might be drawn up between the USSR and the US. . . . "

". . .the aim of the General Agreement -- at least from the point of view of the Wise Men of the West -- was 'to transform the shape of the world'. . . because 'sooner or later we are going to have to face restructuring our institutions so that they are not confined merely to the nation-states. . . . '"

"That agreement came from already established drawing boards. . . . For both parties intend to create nothing less than a new arrangement in all human affairs -- 'a new world order,' to use a consecrated phrase both Gorbachev and the Wise Men employ. . . .

"Those early policies also reflected that blithe and trusting acceptance by the Wise Men of basic Leninist thinking. . . as they took the field with the leader who had been judged. . . most likely to succeed in fulfilling Lenin's ultimate dream of Soviet messianism. . . ."[12]

That messianic leader was Gorbachev. His blueprint for revolution came, not from Lenin, but from Antonio Gramsci. This Italian Communist had aroused Stalins's wrath by suggesting that Lenin's revolutionary plan wouldn't work: the "oppressed" proletariat in Christian nations could not be incited to violence against the bourgoise. After all, in America the two groups prayed together. So Gramsci wrote a new blueprint for world revolution. Before long, his plan for Communist infiltration of the media, university, church, and government was changing the leadership, beliefs, values, and attitudes of our nation. The primary assault was on biblical absolutes and Christianity, which must be crushed as a social force before the new face of Communism could rise and flourish. Malachi Martin gave us a progress report:

"By 1985, the influence of traditional Christian philosophy in the West was weak and negligible. . . . Gramsci's master strategy was now feasible. Humanly speaking, it was no longer too tall an order to strip large majorities of men and women in the West of those last vestiges that remained to them of Christianity's transcendent God." [13]

Whether we agree with Martin's conclusion or not, the process he describes matches history. George Shultz had helped pave the way. The merger of US and USSR education strategies laid the foundations for the new program for training human resources and monitoring compliance. To bring everyone into the web, they linked political correctness to success through the national-international workforce development program signed into law by Clinton in 1998. When fully implemented, only those who demonstrate conformity to the new standards for attitudes, values and group thinking would be rewarded with work and college.[14]

 The Keys of this Blood - Pope John Paul II Versus Russia and the West for Control of the New World Order, Malachi Martin (now deceased), a former Jesuit and professor at the Vatican's Pontifical Biblical Institute, wrote in this 1990 geopolitical book of the "three way contest unfolding among the global powers - the Soviet Union Under Mikhail Gorbachev, the capitalist nations of the West, and the Pope's own universal Roman Church - a winner-take-all race against time and each other to establish, maintain and control the first one-world government that has ever existed on the face of the earth."

This highly acclaimed book states on pages 15-16: "Willing or not, ready or not, we are all involved in an all-out, no-holds-barred, three-way global competition. Most of us are not competitors, however, we are the stakes. For the competition is about who will establish the first one-world system of government that has ever existed in the society of nations. It is about who will hold and wield the dual power of authority and control over each of us as individuals and over all of us together as a community...

"The competition is all-out because, now that it has started, there is no way it can be reversed or called off. No holds barred because, once the competition has been decided, the world and all that's in it - our way of life as individuals and as citizens of the nations; our families and our jobs; our trade and commerce and money; our educational systems and our religious and our cultures; even the badges of our national identity, which most of us have always taken for granted - all will have been powerfully and radically altered forever. No one can be exempted from its effects. No sector of our lives will remain untouched.

"The competition began and continues as a three-way affair because that is the number of rivals with sufficient resources to establish and maintain a new world order....Ten years before this competition became manifest to the world at large, the man who was destined to become the first, the most unexpected and, for some at least, the most unwelcome competitor of all in this end game spoke openly about what he saw down this road even then.

"Toward the end of an extended visit to America in 1976, an obscure Polish archbishop from Krakow by the name of Karol Wojtyla stood before an audience in New York City and made one of the most prophetic speeches ever given. "We are now standing in the face of the greatest historical confrontation humanity has gone through," he said, "...a test of two thousand years of culture and Christian civilization, with all of its consequences for human dignity, individual rights and the rights of nation." But he chided his listeners on that September day, "..wide circles of American society and wide circles of Christian community do not realize this fully..."

"Perhaps the world was still too immersed in the old system of nation states, and in all the old international balance-of-power arrangements, to hear what Wojtyla was saying. Or perhaps Wojtyla himself was reckoned as no more than an isolated figure hailing from an isolated country that has long since been pointedly written out of the global power equation....Whatever the reason, it would seem that no one who heard or later read what Karol Wojtyla said that day had any idea that he was pointing to a competition he already saw on the horizon: a competition between the world's only three internationally based power structures for truly global hegemony."

 


"The techniques of brainwashing developed in totalitarian countries are routinely used in psychological conditioning programs imposed on American school children. These include emotional shock and desensitization, psychological isolation from sources of support, stripping away defenses, manipulative cross-examination of... moral values, and inducing acceptance of alternative values by psychological rather than rational means."8

These unAmerican strategies may shock most parents, but they fit the plan for transformation. While the Carnegie Foundation was importing Soviet psychosocial strategies long before the US-Soviet General Education Agreement9 was signed by Ronald Reagan and Michail Gorbachev, the 1985 treaty made it official. Social studies, science, arts... all facets of education were included in the exchange.

The aim of the General Agreement was "to transform the shape of the world" and to restructure "institutions so that they are not confined merely to the nations-states."11 It would take a new kind of teacher to instill this message in the hearts of students across our nation.
