So the line I am hearing is “Summon the Kracken!”? I looked at the video again. He doe NOT say “summon”. He is using a word that starts with “F”. And I am not the only one who does not hear “Summon”.

Regarding “Summon the Kracken!”, I looked it up on the internet. This is what I found:

“…his crew of asundry dead sea creature pirates rise from their watery graves to collect the debt, and to summon....the KRACKEN.”

Now the character, The Comedian, is in a Christian video, is that correct? And you claim he is saying “Summon the Kracken!”, which is in reference to dead bodies calling for “Kracken”. If you know your Bible (which I hope you do), then you know that DEMONS are the ones who are summoning this Kracken. Who is the Kracken? Satan?

So why is a Christian organization making a Christian video depicting a character saying (as you claim he is saying) a phrase that is demonic? Is that supposed to be “cool”? or perhaps “relevant to the pop culture”?, the very pop culture that ATF/Teen Mania/Battle Cry claims they are AGAINST?

Whether or not the word used in the video is “F-ing”, or “Summon” seems to be moot point. Either way, AFT/TM/BC are ignorant of the Word of God, and are drawing teenagers AWAY from Jesus Christ’s Gospel and His Word. Zachary Whitaker’s drama group is not in any way Godly. Tell me how they are presenting the clear Gospel to teens? I don’t think you can say they are. If you and your organization want to claim that you are preaching the Gospel, then you had better do it correctly – not according to MY specification, but according to the Word of God. The Bible is the ONLY Way of knowing what is right and what is wrong. Please forward this email to whomever you wish in the organization. They really need to know the ramifications of the fallacies they are teaching to teens.

I am a mother of a teenager. I will NEVER send my child to ATF or any of your organizations. And I will make sure that other people know about the devious ways of ATF / Teen Mania / Battle Cry.
