The separation of the rapture of the church from the glo8rous return isn't the only distinguishing mark of dispensational premillennialsim. ...

The most important difference between dispensational premilenniall and other views has to do with how dispensationalist separate God's work with Israel from God's work with the church.

.... According to dispensational premill , God ahs always had two purposes with 2 distinct people: the church and the nation of Israel.

dispensationalist believe that through the ages God is pursuing 2 purposes: one related to earth and earthly objectives involved with is Judaism, while the other relates to heaven and its objectives: Christianity.

Defining Dispensational

The world premil is easy to define. The word point to the expectation that Jesus will return to earth before the millennial kingdom. The world "dispensational"  is a bit more difficult. "Dispensational " translates a Greek term that cona also be rendered "stewardhsip" or "administration"... Dispensationalist see several distinct dispensations in God's master plan. I each D , God governs the world differently and place d different responsibilities on humanity.

But what is a dispensation?

chi Schofield D... DIEFINED A DISPENSATION AS A PERIOD OF TIME CURING WHICH MAN IS TESTED IN RESPECT TO OBEDIENCE TO SOME SPECIFIC REVELATION OF THE WILL OF GOD.
