Through each group dialogue, guide each member toward a new consensus

Perseverance

Be willing to face group disapproval

 Undermine traditional authorities (parents, church, Bible, God...) as old-fashioned, obsolete, divisive or intolerant.

Gratefulness

Build a habit of thanking God for everything

 Prompt everyone to freely share feelings, thoughts, complaints, resentments (especially toward traditional parents), etc.

Confess all to God

Pour out your heart to God, not to the dialectic group.
