European Commission to criminalize nearly all seeds and plants not registered with government: "A new law proposed by the European Commission would make it illegal to 'grow, reproduce or trade' any vegetable seeds that have not been 'tested, approved and accepted' by a new EU bureaucracy named the 'EU Plant Variety Agency.' ... Home gardeners who grow their own plants from non-regulated seeds would be considered criminals under this law.
"This law will immediately stop the professional development of vegetable varieties for home gardeners, organic growers, and small-scale market farmers.... • Bucking the trend, 51 percent of Democrats responded they would give up personal freedom to reduce the threat of jihad, compared to 36 percent opposed.
• Forty-seven percent of Republicans, on the other hand, opposed giving up freedoms, compared to only 43 percent in favor.

Teacher Suspended for Showing Gardening Tools to Class: "Mr. Bartlett recently filed suit on April 17, 2013 saying that he suffered humiliation and embarrassment as a result of his reprimand. The 'hazardous' tools in question were pliers, screwdrivers and wrenches that only the teacher handled. The tools were kept in a locked toolbox high on a shelf out of reach before and after the gardening lesson. The district says that Mr. Bartlett exhibited negligence in supervising the children and for 'possessing, carrying, storing, or using a weapon'. [But there was no weapon!] He was subsequently suspended without pay for 4 days."

Whole Foods CEO Mackey: Obamacare Is ‘Fascism’: "...Mackey drew a lot of heat for comparing Democratic healthcare reform to socialism in 2009. And now he’s doubling down, calling Obamacare 'fascism' instead.
"'Technically speaking, it's more like fascism,' Mackey told NPR in an interview aired Wednesday, referring to the Affordable Care Act. 'Socialism is where the government owns the means of production. In fascism, the government doesn't own the means of production, but they do control it, and that's what's happening with our healthcare programs and these reforms."

They suspended our account and gave us a 'final warning' that one more violation of their so-called 'community guidelines' would result in our account being permanently deactivated. Connecticut Police Spokesman Newtown Will Prosecute Independent Journalist Whistleblowers: His warning: "One things that's becoming somewhat of a concern is that misinformation is being posted on social media sites. ...We have discussed with federal authorities that these issues are crimes. They will be investigated state wide and federally, and prosecution will take place when people perpetrating this information are identified. ...people who are putting that information up there in any manner that can be construed as violation of state or federal law will be investigated and prosecuted."
Do Americans violate laws by questioning what politicians and reporters tells us? Free speech was promised by the First Amendment, but according to Wikipedia, many limitations have been added. Today's restrictions include obscenity, slander and telling about Jesus in an elementary school.
Yet, no matter what our government decides, our God still reigns! And He will provide strength, wisdom and guidance to those who follow Him!

Obama’s domination of church by state: "Mr. Obama seems to view civil society, particularly the church, as an obstacle to the only essential relationship: that between individuals and the state. For that relationship to flourish, civil society must be eliminated or dominated. Consequently, Mr. Obama has spent much of his first term trying to conscript, bully and otherwise force churches to advance his agenda." That's not a new goal! Former CIA Army General: Martial Law Expected & “Warranted”: "Recommendations by 'prepper' organizations and a handful of governments (as in the case of Utah and some municipalities) to include storing enough nonperishable food to last a month to 90 days have become commonplace during the four-year-long economic recession, as the history of currency collapses throughout the world demonstrate that for a meaningful period of time food will not be available at grocery stores, food pantries and other collective emergency food supplies. Recent examples of food shortages due to rapid currency devaluations include Argentina in 2002; Cuba, following the fall of the Soviet Union in 1989..."
Nationalize All Industries: "Nationalizing entire industries worked very poorly under dictatorships and communist centralized economies. In fact, they were so dysfunctional, despite grandiose economic five-year plans designed by the communist party apparatchiks... they have all collapsed since 1989, with the exception of Cuba and North Korea.... Managed economies are not the solution, capitalism and entrepreneurship are. Taxpayers lost $20 to $23 billion in the auto bailout...."

But nothing more—that is until now, shortly after he wrote a big check to a Romney-supporting Super PAC."
Obama's Second Term Transformation Plans: "The overwhelming majority of Americans do not understand that Obama's first term was dedicated to putting in place executive power to enable him and the administration to fulfill the campaign promise of 'transforming America' in his second term regardless of which political party controls Congress. ... "[I]n the 2,700 pages of ObamaCare there are more than 2,500 references to the Secretary of Health and Human Services.... On 139 occasions, the law mentions that the 'Secretary determines.'...The same is true in the 2,319 pages of the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Act which confers nearly unlimited power on various agencies to control by fiat the nation's financial, banking and investment sectors."
